With more than three decades behind the bar, Max brings the kind of experience you only get from years of working with people, managing a room, and knowing what makes great service feel effortless. His approach is simple: take care of the guests, stay ahead of the bar, and make sure everyone has a good time. That experience is at the heart of High Tide.
Nico
BARTENDER & OPERATIONS
Nico brings a different side of the hospitality equation to High Tide, combining hands-on bartending with a background in marketing, creative production, and business operations. He's focused on the details that happen before the first drink is poured: helping shape the bar experience, keeping things organized, and making sure the event runs smoothly from setup through the final pour. Together, Max's experience behind the bar and Nico's approach to operations create a service that's both personal and dialed in.
